Jennifer Rodriguez has cleaned professionally for over 10 years. JCB Cleaning Services is hers, not a franchise territory or a dispatch center. When you call or text, you reach the person who oversees your account and the crew that works it.
JCB is general liability insured, with a certificate of insurance available on request. After-hours scheduling is available by arrangement, for spaces that can't be touched during business hours.

Do you clean homes, or only businesses?
Both. Commercial is our main focus, and we take on a limited number of homes, including move-in and move-out turnovers. Ask early so we can fit you in.
Are you insured?
Yes. JCB carries active general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance (COI) is available on request.
Do you send a different crew every visit?
No. JCB runs on one small, trained four-person crew. The same people work your account, visit after visit.
Can you work after hours?
Yes, by arrangement. Many commercial clients prefer cleaning done outside business hours, and we schedule around that.
Do you only do recurring service, or one-time cleanings too?
Both. Recurring service is preferred because it's how the same crew keeps a space consistent, but one-time cleanings, turnovers and post-construction jobs are welcome.
